Experience gained over the years, together with an efficient technical team and systematic control of all stages in the production process, have helped the company achieve certification of its quality system according to UNI EN ISO 9001:1994 standard in 1997 and the more recent UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Becoming a preferential supplier for leading companies was the logical consequence of the significant technological development achieved.
Quality is a fundamental factor for the growth and development of a factory Quality involves constant improvement of production and processes to offer products or services perfectly meeting client expectations.
Major efforts and company resources are therefore directed towards this goal, thereby enabling AZ FIUS to ensure very high quality standards for its entire output.
Control and Quality
Control on all production is performed by specific software systems connected to cameras with numerous zoom levels to make certain the dimensional and visual checks.
Zoller, OGP, Speroni, projectors, roughness meters and a fully equipped metrology room are among the control systems that ensure a very high quality standard across all AZ FIUS production.
